NRG BALL AB CHOP WITH MR AUSTRALIA

  • Great Ab/Core Conditioning Exercise

This exercise is a great way to strengthen the core without placing undo stress on the lower back. Use the NRG BALL™ to assist on the chop coming toward the knees and use the NRG BALL™ to load the core as you descend onto the mat with the ball extended over head

NRG BALL CORE WORK WITH HEAVY BAG

Actively work the core by performing striking movements to the heavy bag. You can perform these movements standing or lying down 2-3 days per week. This type of training can add a new dimension to your regular ab routines and is able to be performed on any type of heavy bag.

NRG BALL AB BLAST PLANK

This one legged plank exercise using the NRG BALL if very effective for strengthening the deep core muscles. The reason for the intense burning sensation during the exercise is due to the fact that the abs are constantly contracting to balance the body and maintain a stable position. The key to this exercise is to keep the handles off the ground, your hands should be directly under your shoulders, and make sure not to arch your back, and you will get the ab workout of your life.

NRG BALL ABS ON STABILITY BALL

This exercise is a variation from the regular crunch. I like using the NRG BALL & Stability ball because it challenges your core by having to balance as well as the added weight of the NRG BALL SYSTEM. In this video I show some I show some basic crunch movements that you can peform at the gym or in the privacy of your own home.

NRG BALL AB CHOPS ON THE STABILITY BALL

Using the stability ball combined with the NRG BALL, you will see a variety of unique abdominal exercises in this video.

  • First, the modified NRG BALL ab chop for 10 reps helps tone your abs and arms simultaneously.
  • Second, is the full up and down chop movement that really burns up your abs, arms and low back.
  • Third, is the 3 way chops that hit your abs at all angles and offer a nice change to the traditional ab workouts.
  • Fourth, is the ball roll chop side to side that really works the obliques and other key stabilizing muscles.

So hop on a stability ball and get your NRG BALL out. You are about to experience a tremendous workout!
